If you want to know more about Hven’s story, then you should visit the beautiful Nämndemansgården, a Grade II listed farmhouse from the late 1700s, where there are several exhibitions on Hven’s history including on the island’s brickyard era.
This modern museum consists of the remains of the underground observatory Stjerneborg, the beautiful reconstructed Renaissance garden and historical display of the famous astronomers life and work. It is highly recommended to participate in the museum’s guided tours.
